Policies and Guidelines
- Enrolment is at the beginning of each term and full fee is payable at the start of the term. By agreement, half termly payment is also possible.
- No credit / debit cards are accepted: cash, cheques or direct bank transfer only.
- Once enrolled into your main course, if you miss a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you can make up for the lost class by coming to another class of similar level within the same term. Missed and unused classes cannot be carried over to the next term.
- It is important that you inform me of any changes in your health conditions, particularly neck, back or joint injuries, heart disease, surgery, and pregnancy, etc. since your initial consultation.
Cancellation Policy
- PRIVATE CLIENTS: please note a 24 hour notice is required to either cancel or reschedule your session. Any appointment cancelled at less than 24 hours notice in advance will be subject to a full charge.
- GROUP CLASS CLIENTS: once the course has started no refunds are available.

I take extreme care to ensure that Pilates exercises I teach are safe but, as with all forms of exercise, it can result in injury. It is prudent to consult your doctor before starting your exercise routine. Pilates classes are not a substitute for medical counseling or treatment. If you have any doubts about the suitability of the exercises, you should refer to your medical practitioner.I can accept no liability for personal injury related to participation in a session, including:
• your doctor has, on health grounds, advised you against such exercise
• you fail to observe instructions on safety or technique
• such injury is caused by the negligence of another participant in the class.
