Policies and Guidelines


  • Enrolment is at the beginning of each term and full fee is payable at the start of the term. By agreement, half termly payment method is also possible.
  • If you join mid term, only a pro-rata payment will be due.
  • The initial class is on a trial basis and costs £15.
  • Once enrolled into your main course, if you miss a class, you can make up for the missed lesson by coming to another class within the same term.  Missed and unused classes cannot be carried over to the next term.
  • No credit / debit cards: I accept cash, cheques or payment via BACS.
  • It is important that you inform me of any changes in your health conditions, particularly neck, back or other joint injuries, heart disease, surgery and pregnancy, etc, since your initial consultation.


  • PRIVATE CLIENTS   Please note that a minimum 24 hours notice is required to  cancel the lesson or the full fee will be due.
  • GROUP CLASSES     Once the couse has started no refunds are given.



Pilates exercises are safe but, as with all forms of exercise, it is prudent to consult your doctor before starting your lessons. These lessons / classes are not substitutes for medical counselling or treatment. If you have any doubts about the suitability of Pilates for you, you should refer to your medical practitioner.


I, your teacher, can accept no liability for personal injury related to participation in a session if:

  • your doctor has, on health grounds, advised you against such exercise
  • you fail to observe instructions on safety or technique
  • such injury is caused by the negligence of another participant in the class
